OJT Affiliate Conforme
Should
you decide to be a corporate affiliate to MTC Academy (MTCA),
we shall immediately provide you
a comprehensive list of qualified trainees from which you
may choose any number of participants for
the on-the-job training program.
It is understood
that any trainee accepted by your Medical Transcription Service
Organization (MTSO) for
the On-The-Job (OJT) training program is subject to your internal
OJT training policies, requirements or
preferences.
It is
also understood that if your organization has specific policies,
requirements or preferences including
but not limited to
1.
Additional Assessment Requirements,
2.
Lock-out Period Requirements,
3.
Age, Race, Sex, or Religion preferences,
MTCA
shall customarily communicate these requirements and preferences
to the OJT Candidates before
the any proposed MTSO - Student engagement.
Based on these preferences,
it is up to the student to decide on which MTSO to apply to.
Although
MTCA follows a *Non-Preferential Policy, MTCA may prioritize
MTSOs on account of fewer student
OJT limitations or restrictions.

MTCA Non-Preferential
Policy
MTC Academy strictly follows
a non-preferential policy with all MTSOs, strictly functioning
as a matchmaking facilitator in the OJT program. MTCA functions
as a completely autonomous educational institution and therefore
does not give special treatment to any organization. All MTCA
faculty, management, and staff are strictly prohibited from
influencing student decisions in any way shape or form.
